Is there a maximum time limit to complete a challenge?

No, with one exception. One Step, One Step Static, Two Step, Two Step Pro and Three Step have no time limit: trade at your own pace as long as you close at least one trade every 30 days.

Pay After You Pass is the exception: you have 7 calendar days from activation to reach the target.
