What is the rule regarding trades held for less than 2 minutes?
For ThaurusGuru Funded Accounts, any profitable trade that is opened and closed in less than 2 minutes (120 seconds) will not be eligible for payout. Such profits will be excluded during the payout review process.
If a trade closed within 2 minutes results in a loss, the loss will remain on the account and will not be adjusted or refunded.
Traders are free to execute short-duration trades if they choose. However, only profits from trades held for 2 minutes or longer will be considered when calculating payout eligibility.
The removal of profits from trades that do not meet the minimum holding time does not constitute a rule violation and will not affect the status of your funded account. It only impacts the final payout calculation.
Please note that this policy applies exclusively to Funded Accounts and does not apply to Evaluation (Challenge) Accounts.
This rule is designed to promote responsible trading practices, ensure fair trading conditions for all participants, and support effective risk and liquidity management across the ThaurusGuru funding program.
