A hard breach is a serious violation that results in account termination. A hard breach may happen if the trader violates daily drawdown, violates maximum drawdown, uses prohibited strategies, allows another person to trade the account, abuses the simulated environment, repeatedly ignores risk restrictions, commits fraud or identity misuse, or breaks funded account rules after warnings or soft breaches. If a hard breach occurs, the account is closed and the trader may lose payout eligibility.
