Scalping (tick scalping) is a trading style that relies on repeatedly opening and closing trades within very short timeframes — typically under 30 seconds — using execution speed or tiny technical price differences rather than a clear trading strategy. As a systematic strategy, scalping is not permitted, because it exploits ultra-short-term execution rather than genuine market analysis. Note that on Funded Accounts, profits from any trade held for less than 2 minutes are excluded from the payout calculation (see "What is the rule regarding trades held for less than 2 minutes?").
